With more than 20 years’ experience supporting community organisations, Kelli is a long-term trusted adviser to Boards, CEOs and executive leaders across a broad range of workforce, leadership and organisational challenges. Her expertise spans executive recruitment, workforce strategy, organisational development, leadership capability, governance support, organisational change and complex workforce management.
