Melisah Collins is an experienced HR Consultant and People & Culture professional with more than 15 years’ experience supporting organisations across hospitality, sport, banking and small to medium enterprises. She brings expertise in employee relations, organisational change, leadership coaching, performance management, workforce strategy and people systems.

Prior to joining Abundance HR, Melisah held a senior People & Culture leadership role with the Gold Coast Titans, where she worked closely with the CEO and executive leadership team during a significant period of organisational change. Her experience includes managing complex workforce matters, restructures, leadership transitions, stakeholder engagement and culture initiatives within high-profile, community-focused environments.

v Since joining Abundance HR, Melisah has worked closely with Aboriginal community-controlled organisations, providing practical, culturally respectful and people-focused HR support. As a proud mother of three Kamilaroi children, she brings a strong personal connection and genuine commitment to supporting Aboriginal organisations, leaders and communities.

Known for her calm and practical approach, Melisah builds trusted relationships with leaders at all levels and is passionate about helping organisations create positive workplace cultures, develop capability and navigate workforce challenges with confidence.

Melisah holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from QUT and is accredited in Mental Health First Aid and psychometric assessment tools.
