Ros Trotter is an experienced HR and organisational development professional with more than 11 years’ experience supporting organisations to strengthen leadership capability, workforce performance and organisational effectiveness. She is recognised for her expertise in leadership development, training design and delivery, behavioural profiling, coaching and workforce capability building.
Since joining Abundance HR in 2024, Ros has worked closely with Aboriginal community-controlled and community-based organisations across Australia, including supporting one of our largest RNTBC clients in the Pilbara. She partners with leaders and teams to develop practical workforce solutions, strengthen people management capability and build HR systems that support long-term organisational success.
Ros is highly experienced in the design and delivery of leadership development programs, management training, workforce capability initiatives and organisational development projects. She is a qualified DiSC facilitator and Genos International Accredited Emotional Intelligence Coach, using behavioural insights to help leaders improve communication, strengthen workplace relationships and build high-performing teams.
Her work combines practical HR expertise with a strong understanding of organisational systems, enabling her to support clients across leadership development, workforce projects, policy and process improvement, performance management and organisational change initiatives.
Known for her collaborative approach and ability to engage people at all levels, Ros is passionate about helping organisations build confident leaders, capable teams and positive workplace cultures that support both organisational and community outcomes.
Ros holds qualifications in Human Resource Management, Workplace and Business Coaching and is accredited in DiSC facilitation and Emotional Intelligence coaching.
