Toni Holmes has been a valued member of the Abundance HR team since 2021, providing essential support across executive recruitment, workforce projects and HR service delivery. Known for her organisation, attention to detail and commitment to client service, Toni plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Working closely with our consultants and clients across Australia, Toni supports all stages of the recruitment process, from candidate coordination and interview scheduling through to onboarding and recruitment administration. Her strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities help ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

In addition to recruitment support, Toni contributes to a range of workforce and organisational capability projects, including training coordination, online learning development and HR administration. She is passionate about creating streamlined processes and practical solutions that support both organisational outcomes and positive employee experiences.

Toni holds a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management and a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, bringing a well-rounded skill set across administration, business operations and people management. She was recently awarded the Dungang Award by the Hastings Aboriginal Education Consultative Group in recognition of her contribution to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education initiatives and her commitment to supporting meaningful, community-focused outcomes.
